Jean-Pierre Chevillotte, aka. JP, is the Epicurian in person. His dream, which he’s not far from reaching, is to visit all the wine areas in the world. JP has tasted, graded and documented over 22 000 wines from 72 countries.

He passed on and shares his passion with his daughter, Caroline, who had the chance to grow up in the heart of the wine country in Burgundy. They use every opportunity to travel to other wine countries of the world, to keep their senses sharpened and their minds open.

Both crazy about wine, maps and databases, they’re currently working on a brand new project, an extensive interactive world map containing all wine and spirit areas in the world.

New decade, new opportunities. With her interdisciplinary education and experience in teaching and managing a wine and spirits boutique, Caroline decided to start her own adventure, combining what she loves and can do best: to spread joy and knowledge by teaching people about communication and wine. As always, she can count on the full support of her father.
